Serenum Tecnilor is a food supplement with Melatonin and whose formula is further enhanced with plants of traditional use, such as Passionflower, Valerian, Hops and California Poppy. 

In the difficulty of falling asleep, Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily dose of 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime. 

A daily dose of Serenum Tecnilor provides the significant amount of the recommended daily dose to produce the alleged effects for Melatonin.
